Low Key Marketing Approach

You may wish to test the market response before giving the property full exposure to the market, particularly if you’ve not yet found anywhere to buy, with an active database of over 500 potential buyers, we can first advise low key marketing, before going live on all of the property portals.

Brochures & Websites

We provide detailed, brochures to include floor plans, and professional photography. Your property details are displayed at our office on Whiteladies Road, our website and can also be viewed on leading websites including Rightmove, Zoopla and On the Market from which we receive a large number of enquiries.

Vendor’s Comments

We actively include your personal comments within the property details. After all, you know the property better than we do, and nothing promotes your home better than your feedback on why living there has been such a great experience.

Accompanied Viewings & Feedback

Prior to marketing, the entire sales team will visit your property in order to gain accurate first-hand knowledge of your home. A qualified member of staff will accompany all viewings at times to suit you. We provide prompt and constructive feedback within 48 hours of every viewing, to keep you up to date with how your property is being received.

Keeping You Up To Date

Howard will not only keep you up to date with regular viewing feedback, we will also be in touch with the current market trends. We will advise you with up to the minute analytics and data from our key sources Rightmove and Zoopla. So even if the viewings slow down, we won’t, we will always be proactive in the marketing of your property to help you obtain the best offer possible.
