Following this week’s announcement that sales and lettings activity can resume within England, our office is now open

It goes without saying at Howard we will be doing all we can to keep everyone safe. You can be assured we continue to protect staff and customers by:

· Having our team work from home where they are still able to do so

· Limiting the amount of staff and customers present in the office at one time

· Providing hand sanitiser for our staff and customers

· Ventilating our office, cleaning and disinfecting regularly

· Sanitising keys

· Keeping to the 2 meter rule at all times

· Checking if any member of either the household being viewed, or the household undertaking a viewing is showing symptoms of coronavirus or is self-isolating.

· Conducting appraisals, viewings and inspections safely and within the guidance. Limiting the number of viewers present to one household and no open house viewings.

· Continuing to provide virtual viewings and desktop valuations
